- Month to Month Cash: $ 45
- 3 Month pre-pay: $85
- 6 Month pre-pay: $120
- 1 year pre-pay: $ 180 = $15 per month
- 3 year pre-pay: $ 420 = $11.66 month
- Llifetime membership: $50 per month for 1 year
- Single Day: $10
- Punch card: $4 per day (10 day minimum)
** All memberships activated with $50 initiation fee.
